The house is situated on top of Fonte Grande, up a small path, 150 m from Seu Bonzinho's bakery (large fountain), 300 meters from the village, the center of the main square and the shopping street, 10 minutes from the bridge where arrive the catamaran of Salvador and 10 minutes of the first beach; It is close to everything.
Incorporated in the midst of nature; the house offers an incredible view of the sea, the tip of the corral and the center of the village.

The House has:
3 spacious suites with private bathrooms, closets, double bed and a balcony with sea view to enjoy the best hours of the day. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a roof with barbecue and bar;

Vista Espetacular

Pórem para chegar é mais complicado, além de escadas deve-se fazer uma trilha entre a mata, muito cansativa, mesmo sendo uma trilha pequena em média 6 a 7 minutos a pé, para quem não está acostumado ou tem problemas de saúde não recomendo, no banheiro a água não desce direito, o caseiro é super solicito e educado, tudo que você pedido ao mesmo ele nos atendeu prontamente. No mais a casa é boa

Très bon séjour, dans un cadre d'exception. Propriétaire avec un très bon contact.

appartement qui domine le village. Calme, seulement le chant des coqs le matin. Les 2 chambres principales ont une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, de meme que le séjour/cuisine, tout ouvert. Ustensiles de cuisine sommaires, mais LAve linge, frigo et cuisinière à gaz en excellent état. La troisième chambre est cependant obscure et mal aérée. Pedro le gardien est très disponible.

Gratidão

Estive com filhos e nora nesta casa e simplesmente adorei tudo, a casa muito linda, a vista, a organização, e o Pedro nos atendeu em tudo que precisavamos, foi show. Não sentimos calor pois fomos agora no inverno e estava um clima super agradável, como almoçamos sempre fora, não senti falta de panelas, apenas senti falta de uma sanduicheira para a noitinha fazermos uns sanduiches, em relação a subida, eu já sabia que era difícil e com chuva fica ainda mais, não sei como se pode melhorar o caminho, para mim serviu como um bom exercício, foi ótimo. No mais é agradecer a você Christophe(apesar de não ter lhe conhecido) pelo bom gosto, e ao Pedro que tão bem nos recebeu e atendeu, e a Bahia que nos acolheu tão bem. Muita Gratidão. Carmem

Casa boa. Aceso complicado

A casa cumpre com a informação fornecida no Alugue Temporada. Ao meu ver deveria atualizar alguns componentes para cozinhar, especialmente a unica frigideira existente, muito velha e com sujeira incrustada. Seriam bem vindos alguns pratos de sobremesa e uma forma ou pírex para poder assar alguma comida no forno. Também seria de muita utilidade um forno microondas. Como publicitado a casa não dispõe de ar condicionado nos quartos e para um lugar quente como o Morro os ventiladores fornecidos não mitigam as altas temperaturas . Depende do proprietário avaliar esta possibilidade . A parte mais negativa consiste no aceso a casa. Saindo da Fonte Grande ou da padaria do Sr. Bonzinho inicia-se uma subida muito pronunciada de uns 300 mts. ate a casa por um beco seguido de uma trilha com algumas casas muito humildes . No inicio tem escadas irregulares e pela metade a trilha e de terra sem asfalto nem corrimão, e só no fim da subida chegando a casa aparecem de novo as escadas irregulares. Quando a pessoa depois de um dia de praia ainda tem de enfrentar a subida com sacolas de comida, garrafas de água, etc. não tem mais vontade de descer para passear no centro do Morro. Eu tenho 64 anos e regularmente faço caminhadas e jogo a tênis, já a minha mulher 63, tinha muitas dificuldades para enfrentar a trilha. Resumindo, casa boa com vista espetacular para quem estiver disposto a enfrentar o aceso muito complicado. Destaca-se a gentileza do proprietário e o bom atendimento do caseiro Pedro.

Excelente local para hospedagem

Estive com minha familia (8 pessoas) neste maravilhoso local agora em dezembro de 2014. Agradeço pela hospitalidade de Christophe e do seu caseiro Pedro. Amamos o local, a limpeza, o conforto e a beleza do local. A varanda superior simplesmente linda. Sugiro para melhorar mais ainda colocar redes, forno de microondas e antena para TV. Super recomendo e pretendo voltar. Almiro

Jolie maison et tres belle vue sur la mer

Nous avons passez un tres bon moment au Morro. La maison etait tres agreable, nous en avons bien profite. Perche entre les arbres avec vue sur la mer. Pleins d oiseaux partout, moi qui adore les animaux. je me suis sentit comme Jane avec mon Tarzan. Je recomende cette maison..Le proprietaire, Christophe, nous a bien aide. Son Gardien, Pedro est tres gentil. Dommage qu il ne parle pas francais. Ils nous a aussi organise un passeo a Gamboa.C etait tres bien. Nous reviendrons surement, merci pour votre acueil. a melhorar

- ninguém fala que precisamos pagar 15 reais de taxa ambiental e 10 reais por mala para uma pessoa para levar até a casa. - o acesso à casa é muito ruim. escadas incompletas. e com chuva quase impossível de acessar. - não é um imóvel aconselhável para pessoas mais velhas. impossível ficar subindo e descendo. - os quartos não têm ventilador no teto. Os ventiladores que tem são muito pequenos para mitigar o forte calor do local. - a casa não tem ar condicionado. - colchões e travesseiros de má qualidade, muito finos e velhos. - não tem as ferramentas e produtos necessários para a limpeza dos banheiros. Todos os banheiros estão com cheiro muito ruim. - a Internet não está funcionando. - na cozinha faltam pratos e talheres para a quantidade de pessoas que a casa comporta. - as panelas e outros produtos da cozinhas estão velhos e em condições ruim para cozinhar. - não tem forno microondas. - não tem garrafa térmica para filtrar o café. - a cozinha está cheia de formigas. - o terraço não tem um bom isolamento térmico e não tem ventiladores de pé ou no teto. o teto de plástico esquenta mais do que se não estivesse. - a churrasqueira não tem nenhuma ferramenta para ser utilizada. - a maquina de lavar Está desnivelada. Tivemos que colocar cerâmico embaixo para fazê-la funcionar. - a porta da geladeira não fecha direito. - as instalações elétricas no terraço são perigosas. Estão sem canos para proteger. Também é perigosa a instalação que dá energia ao apartamento e ao corredor para subir.
