We do not condone hunger past your tolerance level. Though Intermittent fasting is a very powerful tool in the weight loss and healing process, it's not for everyone. So if you are worried that you can't do this, just know that you will not be forced to fast, wake up early, or exercise (though highly encouraged). You will not be served miniature portion sizes, or forced to eat anything you do not like, so fear not. We believe that what you eat is more important than the quantity so no, we do not count calories.
Continue to enjoy many of your favorite meals more strategically engineered to give you more nourishment. You can still enjoy rice, meat, seafood, and potatoes. All delicious meals will be prepared only with the finest ingredients.
We strive to use local, organic, and preservative-free ingredients, which are homegrown or sourced locally. We use locally and responsibly raised animal products and vegetarian meals can also be requested.
Meals will be sugar-conscious, gluten and dairy free. Guests will also practice intermittent fasting at their own tolerance level. Meal times can be adjusted.
The initial health assessment will allow us to formulate a plan together, one that you will be fully onboard with. It's not a cookie-cutter approach, you are unique and special. We will honor your individual needs.
You will be transported from the airport to the 3 bedroom/3 bath villa, which you will only share with other guests in your group. This spacious and clean home has all the comforts and amenities of a home. By adding an extra bed in each bedroom we can accommodate up to 12 guests.
The home is located in a gated community that has a pool, gym, lounge, 24-hour security team, and many outdoor seating areas. You will have full access to all of these.
You will receive a health assessment over the phone before your arrival so you will be ready on day 1, we will be ready for you too. We do not typically do excursions on the day of arrival or departure, so you can take the opportunity to settle in, eat, rest, or get to know your surroundings on the first day.
The remaining days will go according to the schedule that we agreed on during the health assessment which could include exercise, 3 meals (Excluding lunch), and a day trip ranging from 2-6 hours. Evening activities like paint and sip, karaoke, evening walks and other excursions are also encouraged.
Day trip options include: Beach Clubs, Dunns River Falls, Rafting, Dolphin Cove, Blue Hole, Horseback-Riding, Bob Marley Museum, Rose hall Haunted Mansion, Casino, Hip Strip, Shopping/Gift Shops, Luminous Lagoon, Ricks Cafe, Spanish Bridge, Fern Gully, Paint & Sip, and much more.
Though we provide up to six hours of complimentary transportation every day (except check-in and check-out days) the admission prices of some attractions like Jet Skiing, Chukka and Parasailing are not included. Please check with us beforehand to avoid incurring additional expenses.
Each day you will be served delicious and nutritious, filling meals according to your preferences. You will be encouraged to get enough sleep and water and movement every day. By day 7 you should feel much lighter and refreshed. By this, many of your symptoms would have reduced and on occasion disappeared.
I encourage you to be fully present and embrace this experience with full effort and a positive attitude. If you do not believe that you can do it, you probably won't, because you have already given up in your head without even trying. Just watching others put in the work will not benefit you.
