Wonderful property, pool, beach - Condo needed a bit of attention to detail, but was clean and invit

We really enjoyed our Stay at Sanibel Moorings. The pools and beach were beautiful. The option of having chairs to bring to beach with umbrellas made it so enjoyable. It was a great place to stay with young children. The unit had comfortable beds and couch. It was clean and as listed. The refrigerator broke while there - I was a bit confused about whether to reach out to VRBO contact or Sanibel Moorings - turns out is Sanibel Moorings Office. They had someone try to fix fridge (It never really worked since our arrival - just mildly cool, not cold). Due to this had to throw away some groceries and hold off on groceries. Eventually they contacted owner to buy new fridge, which was great and allowed cooking. Thank you for that. The cold water in kitchen sink stopped working during stay. We asked staff for can opener. Some of the drawers in dressers are broken. The box matress on king bed made of two single box springs was separated and started coming apart! but was fine. Perhaps due to covid precautions, but no salt, pepper - etc. Knives could use sharpening. Just writing accurate review, though was overall happy with stay.

Perfect Location

This property has everything you need to make your vacation great. We enjoyed the beach, pool and canal area and pickleball (bring your own equipment).
