I grew up in a small town in KY. However, Louisville stole my heart when I attended UofL. I love sharing all the things I love about Louisville with my guest. When I'm not busy with real estate task you will find me being a wife and a mom. I married my highschool sweetheart and together we are raising 3 wild and loving children right here in KY.
Why they chose this property
I love Baxter Ave because of its convenient location to several local hot spots. You can walk out the door and within one block you can find local coffee shops, bars, and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
It is located above a cookie shop so you get a all "natural" air freshener scented like FRESH BAKED COOKIES. Better yet need a midnight snack walk downstairs and try some for yourself. They are delicious!
