Ideal for corporate or long term stays as well as vacation rental.. Large offers 2 large bedrooms each with brand new queen size beds! Bedroom#1 offers a walk-in closet and is located at the back of the apartment. Bedroom #2 is light and airy and offers a roomy closet. It is located at the front of the apartment. Great for privacy and tranquility.

The modern eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and cookware to whip up a gourmet meal. There are enough dishes, stemware and cutlery to host a dinner for up to 6.

The living room is spacious for lounging and relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Montreal. The perfect place to kick of your shoes and watch your favorite shows. Satellite TV available on the 50' plasma TV. With WiFi access, just bring your laptop and surf while lounging on the sofa or use the computer area set up in the living room. A balcony is accessible from the living room where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine and soak in the area's vibe.

The bathroom has the washer/dryer installed and is free to use during your stay. Laundry detergent & dryer sheets included! All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay.

We provide our guests with personal check-in and check-out. In need of help or suggestions, we are always only a phone call, text, or email away.

Great location with many shops and restaurants at your doorstep. Enjoy Italian fare and authentic gelato at 'La Bella Italiana' or fish and seafood at 'Espadon'. Not to be missed, Sunday brunch at 'Le Baron Royal'. In the mood to eat in and watch a movie, pick up pizza, and enjoy 2 for 1 at 'Pizza 2-4-1', located just across the street.

An upscale mall, 'Les Galeries d'Anjou' and a farmers market are just a 5 min drive or direct bus. It's a quick dash by car or 10min walk to the Walmart and large grocery stores (IGA and MAXI), as well as Tim Horton's and Starbucks plus much more.

Be it Downtown/Old Montreal/Chinatown Bus #32 to whisks you to Cadillac Metro and head towards your destination of choice, no transfers required. Or just hop on the Bus #141 (the bus stop is across the street) towards Saint-Michel Metro and discover the trendy areas of Little Italy/Jean-Talon Market/Outremont. Soak in the bohemian areas of the Mile-End and the Plateau.

Arriving by car, parking at the rear of the building can be arranged (please inquire), you can leave your car and explore the city via public transport. Wanting to venture out of the city, access to Hwy 40 and Hwy 25 are a breeze. Some locations a little further afield are west of Montreal: horseback riding in Saint Lazare and the majestic locks and waterways in Saint Anne de Bellevue. Eastern points: in Terrebonne visit the historic and picturesque 'L'ile des Moulins'. Head out on Hwy 25 South and find great winter skiing at Mont St-Bruno. North of Montreal, you can enjoy a day of summer fun at Saint Sauveur's water park. For year-round fun enjoy the wonderful and always exciting Mont Tremblant!

Saint Leonard Review

The property was very clean and was pretty exactly as described in the listing. The property manager was very helpful and made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The extra touches provided such as coffee pods, cereal and snacks were helpful. We were in Montreal for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. The location of the property was was not as convenient to the race track and downtown Montreal as I was led to believe. It took quite a while to get from the property to the track and required a bus ride plus transferring to 3 different metro lines. Getting in the front door to the property was difficult with the door code and could have been explained better so we didn’t have difficulty opening the door.

Wonderful apartment in an awesome area.

This is my go to place when in the Montreal area. Clean and well appointed with little extras that make it that much more comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped to handle cooking a nice dinner for guest of 4-6. Olga and Phil are a pleasure always asking if we need anything. Very quick response to any questions. After spending 125 plus nights yearly in hotels, for business, this is a much better option. Love it

It was so clean, comfy and had everything you need plus more! One bus & metro & you are anywhere!

Olga greeted us, the apartment was decorated with lovely Ikea furnishings, comfy beds, and the A/C was great given Montreal's heat this summer. The extra's like various beverages, cereal and numerous Keurig choices was AMAZING extra touch that we all appreciated. The location is a quick bus and metro ride to anywhere in the city - easy and convenient. Great shoe store next door, fabulous bakeries & restaurants & convenience stores. Groceries near by as well. Highly recommended & we have stayed at numerous VRBO's so the extra's appreciated as they are not common. Great city, great VRBO - thanks!

Saubere Wohnung mit neuwertiger Ausstattung, perfekter Gastgeber

Top ausgestattete, klimatisierte, sehr saubere Wohnung. Olga ist die perfekte Gastgeberin. Trotz unserer Flugverspätung und Verzögerungen bei der Mietwagenübergabe wurde auf uns bis spät abends gewartet. Es gab eine komplette Wohnungseinweisung, mit einer Erstausstattung an Lebensmitteln und einer Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine mit einem guten Vorrat an Kaffeekapseln und leckeren Kleinigkeiten. Gute Ausflugstipps, Kartenausdruck mit den Versorgungsmöglichkeiten im Umfeld und eine super Empfehlung für ein nahes Frühstücksrestaurant gab es noch dazu.

Second time and still great!

As the title states this is our second time staying at Olga's and Phil's property. It is just a beautiful apartment. Appliances are brand new. Everything is clean. Off street parking is a plus. There is a balcony on which to sit and watch the neighborhood go by. It is convenient to every kind of store and/or restaurant you could imagine. Lastly, you could not ask for more welcoming and helpful hosts as Olga and Phil. Anything you need, any questions you have, is just a quick text or phone call away. Olga leaves some goodies, soda, juice and water which we found to be a nice extra touch of welcome. This will always be our go-to place in Montréal.

Awesome

Olga and Phil have a very nice property. There were plenty of snacks, cold drinks, coffee and condiments. Well appointed and very clean property. Washer and dryer is just a nice addition to very comfortable beds and living areas. Cant emphasize enough how clean the apartment is. I have several seasonal properties myself and I also take pride in presentation and providing a clean well equipped vacation home. Olga and Phil were very responsive to our needs and any issue we might have had. I had no problem making and serving a wonderful dinner for 7 adults and 1 child. My point being is this is a well equipped vacation spot and close to everything. My only reservation about writing this review is that I am sure I will have more competition next time I am in the area and want to rent this spot again. Thank you Olga and Phil. Steve Bewsher

Clean, comfortable, convenient. Modern appliances, beautiful decor. Off street parking and balcony.

The owner was there to greet us when we arrived. She had stocked the kitchen with milk, soda, juice and water. She also had snacks and goodies for us. About an hour before we arrived she called our cell phone and asked if we would be hungry when we arrived. If so, she would bring some ham, cheese and fresh bread. She had maps of the area for us and was available by phone or text immediately. The area is convenient to all kinds of stores and a farmers' market. There is also a balcony which was very nice to sit out on and watch the neighborhood go by. We highly recommend this apartment.

Tolle Tage in Montreal

Wir haben (2 Erw. + 1 Teen) uns in dieser Wohnung vom Jul 23 - 27, 2017 (4 Nächte) sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wahrheit. Die Beschreibung der Ausstattung ist korrekt. Sehr sauber. Von Olga liebevoll Obstkorb, Trinken, kleine Leckereien und mehr zusammengestellt – sonst in Ferienwohnungen nicht üblich. Top! Duschgel, Shampoo und Conditioner waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Fahrzeug konnte im Hof abgestellt werden. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Montreal und Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr netter Mailkontakt. Unkomplizierter Ablauf bei der Buchungs-abwicklung und Übernahme/-gabe der Mieteinheit. Diese Ferienwohnung können wir weiterempfehlen. Spacieux, propre et accueillant

Cet appartement est conforme à la présentation faite sur le site. Les aménagements sont neufs et laissent au nouvel occupant la possibilité de prendre rapidement ses repères et se sentir chez soi. Nous avons apprécié l'espace, le panier d'accueil (fruits, café, autres boissons chaudes et froides, gâteaux secs,...) et le fait de pouvoir stationner facilement et gratuitement. Very comfortable, clean, and well stocked.

Olga was a terrific hostess! She was flexible with our check in time and because of our late arrival, she provided wonderful food for breakfast. The apartment was as pictured, very comfortable, very clean, and very convenient. We will be back again!

Excellent Choice for Family Vacation!

This apt. was very clean, well appointed and spacious. The beds in both bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was bright and airy. The juice, coffee, tea, coffee, fruit and nuts, that were provided, were appreciated, particularly as we arrived on Labor Day Weekend and many supermarkets and other stores were closed.The modest balcony provided a pleasant spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing and a spot to read while waiting for family members to get ready for the new day. The apt provide space for each of us (two seniors and a seventeen year old grand daughter) to be comfortable and not crowded. The location was very good with restaurants, supermarkets, bank, post office, etc. in walking distance. The bus stop was on the corner. The off-street parking was a plus. Olga, our host and her brother were welcoming and accommodating. I'll always remember Olga waving down from the balcony as we drove slowly up the street looking for the house number. It was like being greeted by an old friend. I would recommend this property to friends planning a Montreal visit.

Why they chose this property

It's a large and roomy apartment which is hard to come by in other parts of the city. We recently renovated, so it's trendy but not pretentious. One could easily call our place 'home'.
Nice thing about my rental, I've set it up for rental. There are no personal items.
