Perfect spot for Penn State

Property was perfectly located. If going to a game look for lot 25 very close and very little traffic. Food and coffee very close. School and downtown less than 10 min drive. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and easy for mutilple people to share. Great space with 4 rooms upstairs and 1 big room 4 beds below. Middle floor had a couple of spaces to watch TV and Chill. Managment was helpful friendly and great to deal with
