Centrally located to be able to go wherever you'd like and still have spending money left over! 3 BR / 2 BA home with fireplace, satellite TV services, washer / dryer, and fully equiped kitchen. Lower level has another bedroom (non-egress) sauna, bathroom, and rec rm. Main floor has 3 bedrooms, full bath, living room, and large kitchen. Outside you have a deck, firepit, chimnea and gazebo in a nice quiet fenced in yard. Mins to Birch lake, and trails of all kinds: snowmobile, ATV, biking and hiking paths.
