This sunny 3-bedroom /3-bath end unit is perfect for sleeping up to six guests. It offers clean, pleasing accommodations with 1,300 square feet of space. The living room has a 43-inch flat-screen Roku TV with a Sonos sound bar and a gas fireplace. Adjacent to the living area there is a dining table that seats six and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a stackable washer/dryer in a closet by the kitchen.

The main floor master has a king bed, a 36-inch flat-screen Roku TV, and a full en-suite bath with shower and bathtub. The second-floor guest bedroom has a king bed and access to a full bath off the hallway with a shower. There is a 23-inch TV with cable and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and is also located on the 2nd floor. This bedroom has a small desk with a computer screen and has access to its own full-size bath There is a large deck at the front entrance with a table and chairs. This unit does not have a telephone or AC.

Complex Features: Dollar Meadows Condominiums are located across Trail Creek just south of the Sun Valley Village. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails. The location is known for its privacy and tranquility, featuring a blend of comfort, warmth, and scenery. Landscaping includes ponds and streams on the grounds. Bald Mountain ski lifts are 1.5 miles away and Dollar Mountain ski lifts are 0.5 miles away. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Dollar Meadows

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
