This 2-bedroom plus loft/3-bath 2-story condo is one of our closest units to the Warm Springs lodge and lifts. The unit offers inviting, pleasing accommodations with moderate furnishings and some updated features. It has a second-floor entry, and at 1,200 square feet, it will sleep up to seven guests. The living room has a 50-inch Smart TV with Roku built-in, as well as a CD player. There is wireless internet access, a wood-burning river rock fireplace, and a balcony with great views of Bald Mountain. It has a full kitchen and dining table that will seat up to 8.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed, a 36-inch TV with Chromecast capability, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed with access to a full bath off the hallway. A twin and double bed are in the loft, which is open to the living room. The loft also has its own bathroom with a shower only and a washer/dryer. There is a ski closet outside the unit's front door for ski storage. A sliding glass door leads to a second-floor balcony with Bald Mountain views. THIS UNIT HAS NO PHONE and no A/C.

Complex Features: The Greyhawk Condominiums are located in Warm Springs, about one block from the Warm Springs lifts on Bald Mountain and Après ski spots. This complex features a seasonal pool heated to 102° in winter, a sauna, and coin-operated laundry facilities. The pool opens for the winter season just a few days before Christmas and closes after ski season. The pool opens for summer in late June and closes in early October. There is a free shuttle that picks up just half a block away from the condo, which will transport you to downtown Ketchum and to the Sun Valley Resort. Parking is limited to two cars per condo, and the homeowner's association does not allow vacation renters to bring pets.

Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
