This 2-bedroom plus loft/2-bath, three-level condo offers 1,700 square feet with sleeping for 6 guests. The bedrooms are on the ground level, a few steps down from the front door. The master bedroom has a king bed, a 26-inch flat screen with Roku TV, and a big double closet. The en suite master bathroom has a tiled vanity with a new sink & faucet and a tub/shower combo with glass doors. There is a deck with built-in benches off the master bedroom. The guest bedroom on this level has two twin beds, a large closet, and a 26-inch flat screen and Roku TV. A full-sized washer/dryer is in the hall adjacent to the hall bathroom with a tiled vanity and a shower. This unit does not have A/C.

On the middle level are the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen has rough-cut granite countertops, a new sink & fixtures, a double fridge, and a glass cooktop with an oven. The dining room has dimmable lighting over the dining table with seats for 6 to 8, and the kitchen counter has 2 barstools. The living room has a 41-inch flat screen with Roku TV, and a sofa and loveseat surround the flagstone gas-ignited wood-burning fireplace. A loft above the living room is accessed by stairs and includes two twin beds. The unit has access to a garage in the complex for one car and one additional outdoor parking space. One dog is welcome for stays over 30 days only.

Complex Features: The Sunburst Condominiums are located near the Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, and swimming are within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs. Guests of Sunburst have access to the pools (summer only), saunas, and hot tubs at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village. The Sunbursts also have their own summer pool and year-round hot tub.

Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting).

Construction Notice: All Sunburst buildings will be getting a new roof over the next 2 summers. This building is scheduled for 2027, but work will be happening throughout the complex from May 1st to October 15, both in 2026 and 2027. By booking during these dates, you acknowledge that construction will be happening during your stay, and construction noise will be audible from your condo.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
