Best Of The Beach

Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 505. This gorgeous beachside condo will be your home away from home. A spacious 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit on the upper floor of Building 5, just steps from the sand and facing the Gulf for magnificent sunrises and shady afternoons relaxing in your chaises on the large screened lanai. The recently painted dining and mirrored living room have tropical themed furniture including a desk, a new sofa and Japanese panel blinds. The kitchen features granite counters, a large breakfast bar, and new stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped for the most discerning cook. The master suite has a king bed with new mattress, blackout panel blinds, a large walk-in closet and access to the lanai so you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves! The master bath has a tub/shower combo with double showerheads, grab bars, and sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom has twin beds with new mattresses, a large walk-in closet and wooden blinds on the hurricane impact window. The guest bath has an oversize walk-in shower with double showerheads, grab bars and sliding glass doors. Other features include new remote controlled ceiling fans in every room, central air/heat, 3 flat screen TVs, DVD player, Philips stereo system, Harmony clock radio/sleep system with wireless charger in each bedroom and lots of artwork! You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs, beach umbrella, and toys. Beach towels are available for rent from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers high-speed WiFi, bike rentals, gas BBQ grills, and laundry facilities, all in a lush newly landscaped tropical setting. We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants, and close to the Causeway to exit the island. Each condo is thoroughly and professionally cleaned between guests. All included linens and towels are washed and sanitized. A starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee is provided. Max occupancy is 4 including children and infants. NO PETS. A nice getaway and a beautiful stay

We had a great long weekend, loved the beach and how it wasn’t crowded. The condo had everything we needed and it was really helpful to have the garage too. The check in staff was really helpful and accommodating. The unit had all the items we needed. You do need to bring your own beach towels. Thanks for the great escape.

Nice and pleasant

We loved our stay here. The ocean toys and chairs in the garage were a nice touch so we didn’t have to tug a ton of stuff from home. I would recommend that the master bath tub be looked at because it drained very slowly . Thanks for a great stay !

Family getaway

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. We fit 5 people comfortably. The location on Sanibel was perfect. The staff at Sanibel Siesta were very helpful! We were able to extend our trip when our flight time was changed. We would stay again but would avoid staying in June/July because the no see ums were so bad at dusk and dawn.

Nice view

The reason I gave 4 stars for location is because the sunset can't be view from the beach at Sanibel, to experience a true sunset, we had to go to Captiva and is just 20 minutes drive. Another problem was the sand fleas. As soon as the sun goes down, the sand fleas attack...we had to buy bug repellent, but they still land on you. Otherwise we had a great time and the apartment was nice and clean. The staff are very friendly.

Weekend getaway

Beach access is tremendous. The pool is also close by, which was helpful for our group because the children so often want to swim in the pool as well. Great view. Very clean. The couch had a pullout bed. Management was able to convert the second bedroom bed into a queen. The photos show twin beds. Screened in patio is relaxing for morning coffee. Condo has beach chairs. We were 6 guests. Very quiet but you are close enough to a few restaurants.

Very nice, very quiet, very large, loved the location - right on the beach!

Loved staying here. Came in on short notice and there were 3 nights available. It was beautiful. - very clean - very quiet - We were going to stay at a hotel in Ft Myers. SO GLAD WE STAYED HERE. So worth the money. - great kitchen, comfortable beds, bathrooms were very nice. wanted a King in the master and 2 twins in second bedroom so this was perfect. - loved the screened in deck. great for morning coffee and late night relaxing. - 60 seconds and you're on the beach looking for shells, swimming, or falling off the stand up paddleboard you easily rented... ok, yeah that was me... - If you're looking for shells, make sure you're on the beach at low tide in the early morning. We got up at 4:30AM and had beautiful shelling all to ourselves. By 6AM the beach was busy. remember, the beach is right down the steps and down the 20 yard path. - office staff was very friendly, very helpful. we were looking for direction and restaurant ideas, they had great advice. we were looking to rent things and they had all the info we needed. - huge TV in the living room. don't know if it works, too busy having fun to turn it on. - SO much better than a hotel in town. - plenty of room for the 4 of us (my wife and I and our 2 college aged kids). - very easy to get to, easy on and off the island. shops were 2 minutes away. - we didn't use the pool but it looked great. - kitchen had everything we needed; saved lots of money by shopping at Jerry's and cooking a few meals in the condo. - it's a few steps down to the short path to the beach. I liked the foot wash station at the bottom of the steps, very handy for washing off before going up stairs. - garage was very nice, more than large enough for the rental car, they had some beach chairs and a few beach toys for us to use. Thanks, we really enjoyed it and would come back again. We will highly recommend this condo!
