I rent apartment for the season, weekends and holidays, located approximately 50 meters from the beach and next to the Resort & Spa Casa Grande Hotel. Best location on Enseada beach.
Every year the holiday seasons the Casa Grande opens a shopping (Boulevard Mall) with entertainment and different attractions, including Food Truck options. This mall is very close to the building.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and laundry, being fully furnished and air conditioned in the two main bedrooms and living room.
The conditions for lease are:
Accommodation for up to 8 people (including children);
It is not allowed pets.

Foi excelente, apto espaçoso limpinho cheiro de limpeza, camas confortáveis, tem ar condicionado em todos quartos e sala, Banheiros espaçoso e sala acolhedora. E assim na cara da praia.
Fui com minha família e tenho filhos pequenos o lugar é perfeito pelo conforto e comodidade de poder curtir a praia a 1 minutinho a pé do apto..Cozinha grande..... Ah detalhe tem todos utensílios de cozinha que você precisa, não precisando se preocupar com nada. Geladeira espaçosa e Frost Free. Sala gostosa e fresquinha, sofa novinho. Televisão na sala e no quarto. Me senti em casa.

Ótimo Imóvel " Ideal para Família"
Gostaríamos de deixar registrado a nossa satisfação em ter ficado neste apartamento. Desde o inicio fomos bem tratados recebendo a atenção necessária e todo apoio pelo Márcio. Ao chegar ao apartamento fomos bem recebidos pelo zelador Carlos.
O apartamento fica em ótima localização não sendo necessário caminhar muito ate a praia. O imóvel é extremamente limpo e esta em ótimo estado de conservação, além disto é muito bonito e muito bem decorado, fazendo o período de estadia ficar mais prazeroso. O apartamento contém todos os utensílios necessários e quartos e sala com ar condicionado.
Adoramos o passeio e o apartamento, recomendamos o imóvel para qualquer grupo.
