It has two parking spaces, a games room and two grills in the building. Dom Pedro I Avenue (main of Enseada) is one block from the apartment, where all the buses go, including the ferry to Santos and other beaches.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pela dona Lindinalva. Super gentil, prestativa e atenciosa. O apartamento é ótimo! Tamanho ideal, muito confortável, cozinha bem equipada. Completo. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Muito limpo. Quanto à localização, como viajamos com crianças e bebês, precisávamos ir de carro até a praia. Porém, apenas em adultos e crianças maiores, daria tranquilamente para ir à pé. Gostamos muito do apartamento e da recepção da senhora Lindinalva. Recomendo!

Fomos muito bem acolhidos pela Lindinalva e adoramos o AP. 3 quartos de tamanhos muito bons, 3 banheiros, o apartamento em si um tamanho ótimo. Estavamos em 9 pessoas e coube tranquilamente. Janelas com telas de proteção, bem ventilado, cozinha com filtro (dispensa compra de água). Espaço de lazer com churrasqueira grande e sala de jogos. Foram muito bons os dias que passamos. Se pudessemos ficaríamos mais tempo.
