Nossa viagem

O apto é muito bom, com uma cobertura excepcionalmente. No entanto na cobertura o ar condicionado estava com defeito. Deveriam ter nos informado e assim poderiamos ter levado ventiladores que nos ajudariam a refrescar mais este ambiente. Na piscina as hidros não estavam funcionando e a pessoa que nos recepcionou nos informou que no dia seguinte seria solucionado, no entanto nada foi feito. Destaco o ótimo atendimento que tivemos do zelador do condomínio.

Quase perfeito

O apartamento é excelente, só que infelizmente ficamos sem piscina , o pé de uma das camas de casal estava quebrado, o registro do chuveiro estava espanado (este foi consertado) em seguida. Depois de uma viagem longa isto se torna incomodo . Mas a piscina infelizmente ficamos sem.

Excelente Imóvel

Apartamento muito bom, incrível na verdade. O anfitrião Ricardo muito solícito e atencioso. O imóvel possui tv, duas geladeiras boas, máquina de gelo, piscina aquecida, ou seja muito completo. Uma reposição de itens aqui e outra ali é necessário pois o apartamento merece. Parabéns Ricardo!!

Viagem em família

Passamos o feriado muito agradável no imóvel, mesmo com o tempo ruim. A atenção que tivemos do Ricardo foi maravilhoso, o apartamento oferece muito conforto e a limpeza estava impecável! Contratamos o serviço de roupa de cama e banho, que por sinal é de boa qualidade, e também contratamos o serviço da Taciana (ela cozinhou e arrumou o apartamento todos os dias), que moça prestativa, atenciosa e cozinha como ninguém! Guaruja agora só com a Taciana! Voltaremos lá com certeza! Não deixem de alugar!!
