Beautiful house, large, with 7 bathrooms and 5 suites in the house and 1 bedroom in the back with toilet, toilet, pool, barbecue, solarium, kitchen with refrigerator, stove, freezer, microwave, fans in all rooms, on the lower floor one with tv, another room on the top floor, has wi-fi, located in the cove between the old brunella and the aquarium, near the carrefour at 150m from the beach in a cul-de-sac. Foi maravilhosa, vcs estão de parabéns a casa é mais aconchegante que nas fotos. Tem todos os utensílios fomos em 23 pessoas e ficamos todos muito bem acomodados. O final de semana foi de chuva não deu p curtir muito a praia, e deu p aproveitar bem na casa mesmo, ótima localidade seguranças na rua. E mesmo com chuva deu p aproveitar a praia anoite e a pé super pertinho da praia. O Eduardo bem flexível com os horários de entrada e saída e a Nalva uma benção sempre a disposição. Voltaremos com certeza

Estivemos na casa no final de semana do dia 04/05/06 de Outubro em 12 pessoas sobrou lugar ainda além de ter bastante cama, ainda tem muito espaço pra se acomodar se caso precise, a casa é exatamente igual ao anúncio, a localização muito boa Carrefour pertissimo praia tb dois quarteirões , comercio perto , a comunicação com o proprietário foi ótima, o caseiro tb tudo perfeito desde a entrada até a saída Vale muito a pena !!!

Nos hospedamos em 8 pessoas e o imóvel atendeu muito bem as necessidades. A casa foi recentemente pintada e os banheiros reformados. Piscina, embora pouco utilizada, em ótimas condições. Localização excelente: próximo a mercados, farmácias e padarias. Muito perto da praia. O Sr. Eduardo foi bastante flexível em relação a horário de check-in e check-out. O caseiro Willian nos recepcionou muito bem. Pretendemos voltar em breve. Muito obrigada pela estadia. OBS: as fotos do imóvel poderiam ser atualizadas, pois está melhor do que as fotos do site!

Casa muito bonita mas infelizmente precisa melhorar muita coisa,não existiu recepção pra gente chegamos na casa o pessoal da limpeza apenas abriu o portão e ja saiu, não tinha ninguém pra recepcionar a gente ,apresentar a casa..tinha poça de água em alguns ponto da casa mandei mesagem para o caseiro para saber se foi a limpeza que mal feita, ele falou que uma infiltração que estava tento mas que depois ia ser consertado...achei muito estranho mas tudo bem! A piscina a água estava um nojo muito suja,o cazeiro apenas falou que não tinha colocado o remédio e que não dava mas tempo de colocar..uma pena.mas precisa ser consertado muitas coisas.

Tudo dentro do esperado, a casa oferece muita privacidade, ja que há uma suíte para cada familia

Chegamos, colocamos os carros na garagem, e só tiramos na hora de voltar pra casa, a praia a duas quadras, na avenida tem um horti fruti (q também é padaria) onde compramos pães fresquinhos, o Carrefour bem proximo, minha turma ja saiu da casa pedindo bís, voltaremos em breve Dr Eduardo.
