Adorei a estadia. Sr Carlos, o porteiro, muito atencioso, Sra Cláudio o anfitrião, sempre solícito e simpático. O ap fica muito bem localizado. A conexão com a internet, deixou a desejar, mas nada que atrapalhou nossa estadia. Pretendo voltar

Apartamento Sem Conforto!

Nos hospedamos por 6 dias no apartamento para a virada do Ano. Infelizmente tivemos bastante imprevistos na estadia. Apartamento quando chegamos estava sujo, a faxineira chegou depois de nós (isso ok, pois o anfitrião avisou que o apartamento iria ser limpo no dia - mesmo antes de fecharmos já tinha solicitado para liberar o checkin mais cedo) porem chegamos na Quinta, a piscina estava suja, com a agua esverdeada e só ficou pronta para uso no Sábado final de tarde. A cama de casal de um dos quartos esta com o estrado soltando e o colchão com um “afundado” enorme o que não foi nada confortável dormir por 6 dias. Os banheiros apenas 2 funcionando dos 4 que é informado no anuncio… e o banheiro social ainda com problema na descarga. A parte superior onde fica a churrasqueira e a piscina ficou sem água por todos os dias. A geladeira não estava gelando 100% pois a borrachinha da porta esta ressecada. A escada é pintada de branco o que deixa escorregadia pois não tem nenhuma faixa anti derrapante, meu marido escorregou na escada e acabou se machucando. Utensílios da churrasqueira não estavam apropriados para uso, enferrujados. Toalha de mesa e guardanapos também não tinha na casa, os guardanapos que tinham estavam com cheiro de mofo. O controle do portão também não estava funcionando o Sr. Carlos conseguiu arrumar pois ficávamos um tempão tentando abrir a garagem. O apartamento é notável que precisa de manutenções para que os hospedes fiquem com mais conforto. A localização é excelente e o Sr. Carlos que é o zelador também foi atencioso e prestativo em tudo que solicitamos. E o anfitrião nos auxiliou no que precisamos. Se o apartamento for reformado para que fique mais confortável, voltaríamos a nos hospedar, pois a queima de fogos da virada foi perfeito de assitir do terraço.

Ótima localização, confortável

Imóvel bem localizado, transmite segurança, espaçoso. Algumas melhorias a serem feitas: ajustes nos banheiros (chuveiros e vaso sanitários), melhoria/troca dos ventiladores de teto, geladeira, panelas e rotina de limpeza da piscina. Cláudio muito cordial e atencioso. Carlos, prestativo.

Nossas férias de final de ano

Passamos dias maravilhosos nessa cobertura. Anfitrião Cláudio e zelador Carlos foram Extremamente atenciosos. Ar condicionado confesso que fez falta, sugiro melhorias nas loucas, principalmente panelas. Em resumo foi tudo perfeito.

Salvou nosso Ano Novo

Decidimos ficar dentro do imóvel durante toda a estadia por conta da pandemia. Os 7 dias foram muito bons, com destaque para a vista e a cobertura. Recomendo levar uma barraca ou algo do tipo para ter mais sombra na cobertura (e prender por conta do vento). Isso nos deixou mais a vontade para comer e conversar o dia todo la em cima. Os únicos pontos negativos foram uma infiltração que voltou por conta da chuva, e o gerador do Jeronimo que faz muito barulho ao lado. Tudo isso já está sendo resolvido, então só demos um azar agora. O proprietário e o zelador foram solícitos o tempo todo. Esse lugar salvou nosso ano novo entre amigos!
