A combination of soft carpets and rich hardwood floors create a warm feel in this elegant condo. Contrasted with clean white and neutral tones, you'll feel immediately at home in Condo 316. This condo has been beautifully decorated, from high quality furnishings to regionally relevant artwork. Make yourself at home on the comfortable sofa in the living room, which is well positioned for enjoying both the scenic views outdoors as well as the ambiance of the modern gas fireplace. Plenty of natural light floods in through the two-story windows, which overlook the swimming pool and ski slopes beyond. Step out onto the private balcony for a closer look, which extends the living space on warm-weather days.
Everything needed is on hand in this well-appointed condo, which boasts a full kitchen. White cabinetry and appliances keep things light and bright, and you'll find just the right amount of counterspace in this galley-style kitchen for preparing meals. Full-sized appliances make cooking easy, and a dishwasher is provided for efficient cleanup. Bring your meal into the adjacent dining area, a warm space that invites families to gather around. The dining area boasts corner booth seating with additional stools. Fuel up on the most important meal of the day before hitting the slopes or pop back in midday for an easily accessible meal.

For more sleeping accommodations, the sofa in the main level living area also converts into a queen bed. The bathroom in this condo has been recently updated and includes a walk-in glass and tile shower.

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. The condo is air-conditioned to maintain cool temperatures during warmer months. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.

This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges.
