The open concept living room offers ample space, with both a desk area for completing any work that needs to be done while away as well as a living space with comfortable seating. Glass doors let in lots of natural light and lead to a relaxing patio space. This condo accommodates up to four guests, making it great for couples and families!

Rich wood and leather tones give this 1-bedroom condo a rustic mountain feel. The great room offers exposed wood beam ceilings and soft carpet underfoot. Sink into the plush leather sofa or one of the leather easy chairs, all nicely arranged to enjoy conversations together. The living area offers a large brick mantle with a gas fireplace as well as a TV for evening entertainment. During the daytime, bright Colorado sunshine streams in through the glass doors, providing plenty of natural light. The outdoor patio provides an additional sitting area when the weather is warm.

This condo boasts the convenience of a full kitchen, where you will find a spacious island, full-sized appliances, and cookware. Stainless steel appliances and sleek countertops create a modern space for preparing meals. The spacious island offers plenty of counterspace for spreading out snacks and drinks and doubles as a seating area, with chairs to accommodate four.

Feel rested and ready to hit the slopes after a good night's sleep in the private bedroom. The bedroom offers a comfortable king bed draped in high-quality linens. A second TV is located in this room so that you can comfortably enjoy entertainment before drifting off to sleep. For additional sleeping accommodations, the living room sofa folds out into a comfortable bed. The full and half bathrooms are located convenient to the bedroom. The full bathroom offers a modern glass and tile shower. The half-bathroom adds another layer of convenience for those traveling with a group of four.

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.

You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
