The Space
This stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is designed for both luxury and serenity. Enjoy the private pool surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for relaxation. The spacious living area features modern velvet chairs, flat-screen TVs, and a wine cellar for enthusiasts. Extra guests can be accommodated comfortably on the expansive couch that sleeps two or more. With a two-car parking garage, convenience is never far away. Unwind, entertain, and create unforgettable memories in this exceptional space.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home.
Two-car garage plus an additional parking spot directly in front of the garage.
Visitor parking is designated with clear signs.
The pool is cleaned on Mondays, and the grass is cut on Wednesdays.

Other Things to Note
Pool Waiver: A mandatory pool waiver must be signed prior to receiving access codes. Reservations cannot proceed without signing the waiver, and our cancellation policy will apply. No exceptions.

Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed for safety—one at the front door (facing outside) and one at the pool area. Do not touch or move the cameras; a $200 fee applies for tampering or repositioning.

ID Verification: Government-issued ID is required for all guests 21 and older. Unlike hotels, we cannot verify IDs in person for every booking due to managing 50+ properties. IDs are verified digitally after booking confirmation. Our team is available for emergencies or day-to-day inquiries during your stay.

Refundable Security Deposit: A $350 refundable security deposit is required after booking. This incidental charge covers any potential issues with items being misplaced or damaged during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days of checkout once the property is confirmed to be in good condition.
