Our listing states that we check Government Identification for all Guests to make sure everyone except for children are over the age of 21. Unlike hotels, they're able to verify IDs during the time of check-in physically because they have a front desk/reception. Refundable Security Deposit: A $350 refundable security deposit is required after booking. This incidental charge covers any potential issues with items being misplaced or damaged during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days of checkout once the property is confirmed to be in good condition.
