Pleasantly surprised

Usually stayed at Marriott Surf Club but accommodation got cancelled. Room was immaculate. Took a couple of days to get used to. Doris was great. And towel service was great. Never really got used to shuttles. Would definitely visit again

The unit was beautiful. Nicely sized rooms with private baths in each bedroom which was a huge plus. Check in was easy and someone met us and walked us through everything with ease. Communication with the management was excellent and prompt. Our only issue was the shuttle service from the main lobby took very long to come get us and a couple of times we ended up walking because they didnt come at all. Other than that, no complaints and we will return.

We stayed at a vrbo in Aruba. First, the hot water was sporadic & merely like warm, at best. Second, they sent in a maintenance crew to spray for pest control during our stay and on a separate day they sent maintenance to clean the hvac unit & it was loud and unpleasant. Additionally, they put an automatic keyed lock on the bathroom door and our 2year old daughter was stuck alone in there for over an hour when she was putting on her bathing suit and it locked. We had to call maintenance to get her out, and they didn’t even have a key (they had to break the handle off the door). It was traumatic! But overall the worst part was the host! After he tried to charge us $3500 for a new door, new towels, new sheets, and a plastic broken fridge drawer that was broken when we got there! Do not trust these people!
