Game Room, 6 person hot tub, firepit, hammock, access to yard games and more make it fun and relaxing for everyone to spread out and enjoy the space.
2 King Bedrooms(one with en suite master bath), 2 Queen Bedrooms, 2 double twin bedrooms. 2 living rooms, 2 full kitchens and dining areas. Upper level dining area seats 12 comfortably between table and kitchen island and has side buffet counter. Finished and heated/cooled garage converted to game room and bar. Your group will enjoy private use of both levels of the home, yard, covered patio, fire-pit, hot tub, and plenty of storage for sporting equipment.
Smart TV's and bluetooth soundbars in both living rooms and game room. Smart TV's also in 4 out of 6 bedrooms.
The home is located on quiet, dead-end street between the lively village and Holiday Valley Resort, a 8-10 minute walk to either area (5 minute walk to Sunrise Lift at Holiday Valley). View of the mountain from the living room picture window.
