Set right on the shore of West Harbor Pond here in Boothbay Harbor, this darling getaway sits on a level lot for easy access to the water for swimming, fishing, and kayaking. This home is also just a short distance from several local attractions including Maine State Aquarium, the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, and Dolphin Mini Golf, all less than five miles from your door.

Inside, discover a great room that consists of a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining area with a table for mealtimes or rainy day board games, and a living area with comfortable furnishings and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Outside, fire up the gas grill to spice up your home-cooked menu or just kick back and relax on your furnished deck and watch the sunset over the water.
