The place was nice. Very pretty area. We enjoyed eating at Harbor house. The pool was very close to our rental. The interior rug at the front door smelled like urine. I message the host once while we were there about the grill being knocked over when we got there but did not get a response. I called heritage Harbor office twice during their office hours and no one answered. Both times i left messages and didn’t get a call back. I’m on the fence if I would return.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the convenient pool location, and your meal at Harbor House. We’re truly sorry about the issues you experienced during your stay, especially the odor from the entry rug and the lack of response when you reached out about the grill. We understand how frustrating it is to call and leave messages during office hours and not receive a call back. This is not the level of communication or service we want our guests to experience, and we’re addressing these concerns with our team. We’ve also sent you an email with a discount toward a future stay as a gesture of goodwill. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide the experience you expected and deserve.

Spring Break - Hiking Trip

If Harry Never Met Sally, was a beautiful place. It was well maintained, and very clean with exception of some dust on shelves and in some cabinets, other wise it was spotless. The check in process, was easy. The staff at Heritage Harbor reached out and sent emails with amenities available so we would be ready to go when we got there. Unfortunately we did not get to take part in all that Heritage Harbor has to offer, as it was March, the pools were closed and it was still cold outside. The few days were there, we would go hiking in the morning and return and get cozy back at the house. There are plenty of good restaurants in town, along with grocery stores so we had everything we needed. We would return again, only wish there had been a washer / dryer and window sheers over the Front and Back windows. The front windows anyone can see in at any time, and in the back (where the living room is) there are only curtains, so people can see in any time you have those open.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at If Harry Never Met Sally and found it to be clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It sounds like you made the most of your getaway with some hiking and relaxing time at the house — even with the chilly March weather! We also really appreciate your feedback regarding the window coverings. We’ll be sure to share that with our team as we’re always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. We’d love to welcome you back again — maybe during the warmer months so you can take full advantage of all that Heritage Harbor has to offer!
