This fully furnished rental is equipped with in-unit washer/dryer and has its own HVAC unit. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am - music and normal noise will be heard during non-quiet hours.
Each floor has a bed and a bathroom for your convenience.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the seating on balcony equipped with BBQ connected to the gas line of the house.
