The house was clean and cozy. You can definitely hear the 11th street bar in the house. I knew this from other reviews. Not saying that would keep me from renting again. The host was very responsive to my questions when I was thinking of renting.

Can't say enough good stuff about our stay, but the cleanliness and location are about as good as it gets. You're a short walk to the Cowboy bar, so you hear the music at night, but it didn't keep us awake. Bed was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. We'll look here first on our next stay!
