The Villa Milena is situated in small Istrian village of Carici just 500m from Brsec and 1.5km from one of the most beautiful beach in Croatia and allows you separation from city crowds and reunite you with nature and peace.The Villa is situated in a tranquil setting along a not often used road of village.
As part of terrace with garden furniture,sun shades,loungers and private swimming pool(in function from 15.04. to 15.11. or on agreement) is a tavern with size of about 20m² with fully equipped kitchen,dining table and barbecue.
The ground floor with size of about 35m² comprises of a 2 bedrooms,one with two separate beds and other with double bed,also on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower,washing machine and hair dryer.
The second floor with size of about 65m² comprises of a living room with fireplace,flat screen and double sleeping couch,there is also a bedroom with double bed,a fully equipped kitchen with oven,microwave,coffee machine,dishwasher and dining area as well as separate bath with shower,bidet and sauna.
The property is enclosed and suitable for children and dogs.The mini market,restaurant and bar are 700m away from house.
There is also free internet(wi-fi) which is included in price.
For all our guest it is possibility of organizing one-day cycling or mountaineering trips to Plitvice lakes,National park Risnjak and Nature park Ucka!
All our guests are insured during vacation.

Just perfect!

Closed garden and private pool, perfect when you bring dog. Charning and very nice house and host. Beaches can be a Little challenging to reach, especially with dog, but they are very beautyfull. All in all, we had a perfect stay in this house.

Es war alles perfekt. Das Haus ist wahnsinnig schön und die Taverne ein absoluter Traum!Auch der Pool und der Blick auf das Meer war wunderschön. Besonders toll war, dass alles an Grundausstattung im Haus vorhanden war. Ein Empfangsgeschenk gab es auch. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder!

Gemütliches Haus mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Vom Haus gibt es einen Wiesenweg ins nächste Dorf, in der es auch eine Gaststätte gibt. (Ca. 15 Minuten). Man kann auch vom Haus zu Fuß an den Strand gehen (ca. 30 Minuten, der Rückweg ist etwas länger, da es einige Höhenmeter sind). Suzi ist sehr sympatisch und hilsbereit.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Bei der Ankunft würden wir sehr freundlich von den Vermietern empfangen. Waren gleich sehr begeistert von der Sauberkeit und der Lage. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Mit sechs Personen ist es ideal belegt. Für acht ist der Platz dann etwas beengt. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm so das wir gut geschlafen haben. Während des ganzen Aufenthalts waren die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnten nicht im Haus sondern einige km entfernt. In dem ca. 700 m enfernten Ort Brsec ist ein kleines Geschäft wo man die wichtigsten Dinge des täglichen Bedarfes einkaufen kann. Für größere Besorgungen muss man nach Moscenica Draga oder nach Lovran fahren. Radfahren mit kleineren Kindern ist weniger empfehlenswert da die Küstenstraße recht vielbefahren ist. Die ausgewiesenen Radstrecken sind recht bergig und daher nur etwas trainierteren zu empfehlen. Richtung Plomin so ac. 10 min. Fahrzeit findet man das Hotel Flanona mit einen einzigartigen Ausblick und tollen und günstigen Essen. Wirklich empfehlenswert!!! In Lovran kann man in der Pizzeria Delfino sehr gute Pizzen essen. In Lovran kann auch frischer Fisch gekauft werden.Sehr schöne Bademöglichkeiten findet man zwischen Brsec und Lovran wo einige Buchten zu finden sind. Sehr idyllisch gelegen. Auch in Brsec gibt es eine schöne Bucht. Jedoch ist die Parksituation überall etwas knapp. Insgesamt ist die Villa Milena sehr zu empfehlen.

Nice and charming villa!

We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks and were 2 families with children (8 persons). The villa is very charming, decorated with a lot of taste and very well equiped. We had all the necessary stuff for the fist days of our stay. The view from the pool and the sourroundings are really charming and the house is very well located. From there you can visit a lot of places in Istrie or simply stay at home and enjoy the pool. The owners were very nice people and ready to help for anything needed. Thank you very much Suzi!
