Bedroom: QUEEN size bed, Smart TV, a small office table, AC, wardrobe and silent ceiling fan
Small TV Room: has a smart TV, AC, silent ceiling fan, stereo, and a sofa bed that may hold comfortably one person.

Car is not necessary.
There is no parking space, but it is possible to rent it per month, in case of long rentals.
