This house was perfect for our trip to Jacksonville. The house was cute, clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here.

Total Misrepresentation

Not even sure where to start. The house is not at all in a safe neighborhood. The exterior photo must have been taken soon after the house was built. We didn't even get out of the car, by the time we got there we were too nervous to do so. Dilapidated cars and houses all through the neighborhood. Liquor stores and a 'Gentlemans Club' just 2 blocks away, not to mention the 4 big pit bulls chained up, with BIG chains in the yard across the street. When we checked the area on a crime map it is all orange and red!!! Not good! I contacted the owner to let them know we would not be staying there and contacted VRBO to report the property. I have used VRBO many times through the years and have never had an issue before, This property needs to be removed from your website.

Weekend getaway

We booked this property while in Jacksonville to watch Yale baseball at the North Florida University! We had 4 adults and 3 children (7 years, 2 years and 7 months) We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment. The owner was very quick to respond and that was so helpful! We brought our pack n play for our little but there was a pack n play we could have used provided by they owner. There was absolutely every appliance that we needed for our stay. The garage fit our Honda minivan (a few inches to spare) and we fit one explorer in the driveway. The location looks to be like many people are renovating houses around it. Wonderful experience for my family and I!
