Unsavory neighborhood.. bugs clusters on ceiling walls .. infested rodents traps. Broken bed when sat on. All windows were nailed shut. (Unsafe). Haphazardly repair job. Items falling apart. Was supposed to stay for 4 days but had to leave Friday after Thanksgiving and rented hotel rooms for rest of stay. Host was not concerned about any issues until after Thanksgiving we couldn’t take it anymore after we saw bugs crawling on counter in kitchen.. Door in bathroom once closed you couldn’t get out until someone let you out from the other side.This was the worse place I’ve ever stayed.

Verlinda has chosen to leave a horrible review because she did not get a refund more than her unused nights. I asked her twice if she wanted to leave and she told me no. The third time she said yes. If it was as bad as she claims, she would have left immediately. The guest before her left a 10, and on another platform we have a 4.92. We have pest control come quarterly and a few lady bugs is not a major bug issue and sticky tape is not a rodent infestation issue. It is preventative. As far as the bed, she said nothing about it until she left. This property is spacious and a truly comfortable older home.
