Our luxurious condo is located in the beautiful Veranda community within the world-famous Los Sueños Resort and Marina. Located on the 1st floor and is at the base of Altamira Mountains. Monkeys are often spotted in the trees across from our building entrance way. Our spacious unit also has easy, walk-out access to the building's private swimming pool with jacuzzi, BBQ grill, eating & lounging areas and poolside bathrooms all overlooking the first fairway of La Iguana golf course and the rainforest covered hills beyond . Enjoy coffee on one of the 2 private verandas with outdoor bar and private lounging area and listen to the sounds of nature and watch the Macaws fly by. 2s. Just across the parking lot you'll find a full work-out gym, and great 24 hr security service to help answer any questions you may have. Accommodations include a Queen size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen size bed in the second bedroom and a full sized pull out couch in the living area. The condo is tastefully decorated with a tropical theme and contains furniture made locally in Costa Rica and is outfitted with modern appliances, including a washer and dryer in the unit. Flat screen, smart TVs in Living Room and both bedrooms.

We have secured Wireless Internet that even reaches to the pool!

Enjoy in-condo dining in our fully equipped kitchen or dine at any of the many restaurants within the resort. Take a 10 minute cab ride to the town of Jaco, where you can also enjoy many local restaurants, shopping, a casino and night clubs.
