The kitchenette is stocked with all you'll need for a light continental breakfast as well as snacks. The bed is queen-size, and the bedroom has blackout shades. Dedicated thermostat in the hallway. We love the place! it was a very nice space, well appointed, and decorated with a lovely view of nature on the hillside. They even left fresh bakery bread, drinks, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine for us! The location was also excellent very near downtown Napa. The only drawback was the queen bed was a bit snug for me and my six foot five inch husband. Otherwise-perfect.

Just lovely! The outdoor area was so relaxing and deer joined us for our morning coffee. Cynthia and Bob are fabulous hosts and their hospitality focus is evident. They provided ( to name just some) snacks, coffee, cereal and granola, fresh bread from a lovely local bakery, milk, juice, and sparkling beverages as well as beer and wine. I felt so spoiled! The accommodations are great with a lot of privacy. There is some noise coming from their unit, but it was minimal. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay again!

Perfect stay during Napa trip

We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. In the morning we enjoyed coffee by the outdoor fireplace and even saw deer. The two bathrooms were a real treat. Hoping to visit Napa again and we wouldn't choose anywhere else to stay!

This was one of our very best stays VRBO stays. The hosts were charming and personally greeted us on arrival and departure. Communication was outstanding. Great stay!

My wife and I stayed at Bob and Cynthia’s place for a few nights and was very impressed. The location is in quiet neighborhood very close to downtown Napa. Bob and Cynthia were great hosts and would highly recommend staying there.

Great cozy yet spacious rental. Bob met us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed and knew where everything was. Generous supply of snacks and drinks were provided. The patio is huge and outdoor fireplace a nice bonus. It was chilly but I can imagine spending warm summer nights enjoying the outdoors in the summer. We saw many deer enjoying the back hillside area during our stay too. Location is in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown/Oxbow area. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We're located in the Alta Heights neighborhood. It's a desirable place to live and one of the oldest in the area. Downtown Napa is very walkable in about 30 minutes. There you'll find a big selection of restaurants, wine tasting rooms, shopping, music and other entertainment.

What makes this property unique

The suite has an enormous backyard you will enjoy from the private patio. It's wild and full of nature, yet walkable to town.
