So Cozy!

We arrived the day after Christmas to a tree lit and waiting in the living room. Plenty of space and easily slept my family of 9. You do need to expect a bumpy ride in, but worth it to be off the beaten path. Such a nice stay!

Pow wow trip

A little hard to navigate the dirt road because we were on motorcycles. That was not anyone's faut. The house was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Omg! Do not use this place! 1. Never recieved checkin info.2. texted and called on the way there to let them know would be in about 10-10:30 pm. Needing to know how to checkin. Did this several times. To no responce. I was going to a wedding rehersal dinner then all of us would be in. 3. We were in the middle of nowhere. And at 8 pm i was told it was unavailble 4 hours after i was allowed to checkin. 4. 9 pm is when i got the message and had nowhere to go! VRBO Did do me right! I can recommend VRBO but NOT this host!

Comfortable, Country Living

This large mobile home is located down a country dirt road outside of Folkston, Ga. The home can easily accommodate large families and has books, movies, games, etc to keep you entertained! It's a great place to unplug and just enjoy some time with family at an affordable price. The only drawback is the poor tap water quality which comes with being so close to the coast and swamp lands, so be sure to bring bottled water for drinking! The host was very accommodating and this home is well stocked with just about everything you will need. The beds were very comfortable and we slept so good every night!! We plan to return to this area and would definitely stay again!

Fun near Folkston, GA

The home was conveniently located between attractions in the area we traveled to see (Okeefenokee NWR, Fort Clinch, Cumberland Island). We liked that the property was secluded. Upon arriving, the house AC was off, so it was incredibly hot. It took a while to cool down, so it would have been nice had the air been turned on for us. We had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi and communicating with the host was a challenge. We eventually figured it out ourselves. The house is very well furnished. There are plenty of toys, games, books, and even a Wii for families with kiddos, which was a nice touch. There are a few things that could be improved upon, such as functioning outlets in the guest bathroom and better shower controls. (The showers are very touchy—you can be ice cold or burned from one minute to the next, which is a special concern with young children.) Despite the inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay, and the house was comfortable for the most part.
