The Space:
Golf Course Views, Beautiful Landscaping and plenty of games ensure an enjoyable and relaxing stay! With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this home provides lots of room for your family and friends! The Master Suite is large, with a King size Bed and offers fantastic views of the Balboa Golf Course and access to the deck. The large en-suite offers a nice soaking tub, to relax those muscles after a day on the Course! Two more bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, and one with two bunk beds, will share a bath and offer cozy comfort! The two orange chairs in the living room fold out to twin size sleepers, providing extra space for up to 10 people. Cook amazing meals in the well appointed kitchen, and make a drink at the bar. From the large Ping Pong table on the back deck, a Frogger Video Game (so cool!), Dart Board, Jenga, and other board games, this home provides hours of entertainment for kids of all ages!

Guest Access:
Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

Other Things to Note:
Enjoy all of the amenities that Hot Springs Village has to offer including over 30 miles of hiking and biking trails, 11 gorgeous lakes, 9 golf courses and so much more!

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities.

For just $36 + tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
