Housekeeping has been notified and we will improve the quality and quantity of starter supplies. - Pool policy and wristbands: The property has rules intended to protect safety and cleanliness, but we’re sorry the enforcement felt overly restrictive and that a guest was reprimanded before check‑in. We will rebrief our onsite team on better communication and handling of wristband access to avoid this situation. - Elevators: We’re sorry the elevators were slow — this has been reported to building management for review. We're sorry about the early check‑in messaging and the difficulty reaching us when you arrived — we’ll review our communication procedures and staffing to prevent missed texts and improve after‑arrival support. We apologize for the inconvenience with the balcony door and bedroom TV. It’s good to hear maintenance addressed the door the next morning; we’ll coordinate the TV service provider to restore service. We understand the pool noise from other guests was disruptive. While we can’t control every guest, we will reinforce pool rules and quiet‑hours expectations with the property team to help reduce disturbances. Regarding beach seating, the chair and umbrella layout is handled by the beach vendor and can fill early; we’ll add clearer guidance in our pre‑arrival information so future guests know peak times. Elevator wait times are a known busy‑season issue in taller buildings with two elevators — we’ll include tips for avoiding peak elevator times in the arrival packet.
