When you enter the home, you will find a spacious, open-concept kitchen and living room complete with bright windows and a wood-burning stove. The living room is a beautifully decorated space, filled with natural light from the many windows that line the walls of the room. Outfitted with a large corner sofa and a chair, you can comfortably sit back and relax in this room while you warm up by the wood stove, or enjoy the views over the tranquil nature. From the living room, you can step out to the deck where you will find a spacious area providing a great extension of living space to enjoy. The deck includes a luxurious hot tub perfect for easing sore muscles after a day on the slopes or trails and panoramic views over the pretty area surrounding the home.

Connected to the living room is a beautiful gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with everything the chef in your group will need to prepare a delicious meal. The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet and counter space, beautiful wood finishes, and a large kitchen island with 3 barstools. You will love preparing meals and snacks in this space, you can even enjoy a view while doing dishes! Tucked off the kitchen is a lovely dining nook. A short 10-minute drive will take you to Main Street in Breckenridge, where you can access the BreckConnect Gondola and find a range of entertainment and dining options. Some of the area's best ski slopes, such as Breckenridge Ski Resort and Keystone Resort, are within a 15-minute drive away, providing access to year-round outdoor fun. • 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.

• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
