We had a fantastic stay at this home in Peoria for spring training! The house itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really made it stand out were the amenities—our kids absolutely loved the basketball court, putting green, pool, and game room. There was never a dull moment, and it made the trip especially memorable for the whole family. The host was also outstanding—extremely responsive and helpful with every question we had, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great time celebrating Christmas early with most of our family! There were fun things for all ages to do! I think every game and activity was used by at least one person. The host checked in often to make sure everyone was having a good time. My son is already thinking about renting it again.

Definitely what you read

I want to say that this place was what we needed as we were a group of teachers and students attending a conference. It was clean, spacious and had gracious hosts. I would definitely stay in one of their properties in the future.

Was a great location for us and a house with extremely comfortable beds. Check in at 4 and leave by 10 seems like a very short window. And there is no flexibility to change the time. We had some people arriving at noon and it would have been helpful to let them in early. Also to get 10 people showered, dressed and packed and out the door by 10 was challenging.

Core family memories!

Amazing property with all the things! We had kids ranging from 9-19 and they all loved it! The basement was a little warm and would have liked to of seen another portable fan. The pool cleaner also showed while we were swimming but was able to reschedule. Otherwise it was an amazing property and would highly recommend.!

Fantastic place for our large family gathering

We were looking for the perfect place to stay for our large out-of-town family and friends group that were all traveling to attend our daughter's wedding. The place, the ammenities, that activities, and the space were PERFECT! We swam, we competed in pocket pool tournaments, we had large family meals outside by the pool. It was amazing. Having so much space for everyone to spread out was great. I highly reccommend this rental. It was beautiful, clean, and easy to book.

Overall, the house was nice & we had a fun staycation. Loved that I could bring my dog. I gave only 4 stars because there were several things not up to par. If we weren’t locals & able to go to our own home at night I would have been very unhappy. I did not contact the host so I’m not going to rate them down further & they are easy fixes but are bare minimum things that should be checked prior to arrival & I shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced when paying so much to stay here & have our stay interrupted to maintenance the home. First, upon arrival, the home was 90 degrees inside. It took until 11pm for the house to get to 80. They really need to get the AC checked. The thermostats kept raising the temp even though we kept turning it down to try to get it to at least 78. It is PHX area in the summer so it does get hot however, in my home 30 min away the AC works just fine. Some of the beds were not clean. There was dirt on the bathroom walls, stained rugs, large glob of syrup on the counter, etc. They advertised a basketball court however there was only one ball and it was completely flat, had to bring our own from home. It’s VERY annoying to have to keep the pool vacuum in the pool while you’re trying to enjoy a swim-it kept getting in our way. They have a policy that you can’t take it out or you’ll be fined and enormous amt. Wanted to use the fire pit however propane tank was empty. The pool toys were basically flat or broken. One of the arcade games also doesn’t work proper

Thanks for the detailed feedback — glad you had a fun staycation and that bringing your dog worked out. I’m sorry the stay wasn’t up to the standard we expect. Those issues you listed are exactly the kind of things we want to catch before arrival. We actually had the HVAC looked at and replaced the whole system so there is a brand new unit and thermostat at the home, thank you for bringing thus to our attention. Thank you again for calling these out items — we’ll get them fixed so future guests don’t run into the same problems. Hope your next visit is much smoother.
