On Cloud Wine: lake home on Keuka Lake's east side

On Cloud Wine is a wonderful 5 bedroom lake home, on Keuka Lake's East Lake Road neighborhood. This home is conveniently located just minutes from Penn Yan and close to multiple wineries. On Cloud Wine has fantastic private lakefront with a permanent dock, lakeside cabana, and a sun deck for lounging during the summer months.



Walking in to the home from the lower level, you'll enter the large open Family room area with the big screen tv, comfortable leather couch, loveseat and armchairs and a great round table for playing a game of cards. This level also has a Full bath with tub/shower and a Bedroom with a Queen bed and trundle.....the perfect hang for teens or kids.



The upper level is so cozy with an open concept area that includes the Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living Room. The Kitchen has beautiful custom oak cabinets and a huge island (with small bar sink) for sitting up to on one of the leather bar stools or for meal prep. The Dining area is in the center of this common space and has seating for 8.

The Living Room is located toward the front of the house with large windows and double patio doors that bring in the views of the lake. The patio doors can both be opened to create an indoor/outdoor feel, connecting the amazing outdoor balcony area to the inside spaces. The Living Room has a large sectional sofa cozied up to the beautiful gas fireplace.



Each of the 4 Main Floor Bedrooms is located just off of the Main Living area. Three of these bedrooms have Queen size beds and the Master Bedroom has a large King bed along with windows overlooking the lake and a connected Master Bath. There is a full bath also located on this floor with a tub/shower.
Behind the Kitchen is a small mudroom/3 season room that also allows entry to the home from the driveway that winds around the back of the home.



The balcony, located off of the Living Room, is where you'll want to be in the morning with your cup of coffee or in the evening for sunset viewing. This stretches across the front of the house and has several comfortable seating areas.



Across the street from the home, you'll find additional parking and the stairs to the lake. The lakefront areas were built in tiers and there is a large sun deck located between the parking area and the lakefront. From the sun deck, you'll walk down another short flight of stairs to the patio by the cabana and the lakefront. The cabana has a fridge and a small restroom, a great place to keep essentials if you're spending a whole day down on the lakefront. The patio has a small pavilion area with seating, along with a gas firepit. Just to the other side of the patio is the pebble beach for easy access of the lake...the perfect area for small children to wade in the water, put a kayak in, or for swimming. There is a large permanent dock and dock cleats for tying up a boat (the hoist is not available for guest use).



Whether you have a group of 6, or a large group of 10, you'll find On Cloud Wine to be a comfortable and pleasant stay on Keuka Lake!

**We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is over the age of 25.

**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS. No more than 10 people are allowed on the premises at any time.
**No pets or animals allowed at any time. Anyone found to be in violation, will be asked to leave immediately and/or charged an additional fee
**No parties allowed at any time.
**Smoking prohibited
**Parking for 5 vehicles only!



**Lake conditions are not guaranteed and are non refundable



**Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking

**DOCKS: A dock is provided, you are solely responsible for ensuring docks, boatlifts, and/or mooring facilities are adequate.
Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves.

**Seasonal amenities: kayaks and some outdoor furniture are available seasonally and are often available for use from mid-May to October
