What a beautiful property!! So spacious, clean and had all the amenities and then some !! We relaxed in the hot tub and around the fire pit..The sun room was perfect in the morning with our coffee ! Family time in a great location

The house was great and had everything we needed for the week. Super clean, with plenty of room to spread out, but cozy spaces to enjoy as well. We like to cook together and found the kitchen well stocked. And the location was very convenient for groceries, gasoline and as a starting point for day trips.

House is very clean, cozy and updated with lots of attention to detail in the decorating and season (had mums and several pumpkins with sweet Fall decor inside too)! Simply beautiful. Kitchen had everything you would need. Owners are great to work with! The back porch is so nice. We enjoyed the fire pit. Went to Kayuka Spring Vinyards and it was stunning with great views too. We were in town for the Wine Glass Marathon in Corning.

Went with family for the holidays and it was beyond what I expected. Margaret was communicative beforehand to set us up for success for our trip. The house has soo much to offer! Beds, pillows and bedding was very comforable. Bathrooms were soo nice. The house was spotless. Loved all the extras, likes a stocked kitched and then some, extra bedding, blanets, laundry, hot tub, fire pit, the florida room, I could go on and on! Everyone had a great, relaxing, fun, and delicious Thanksgiving. So thankful to Margaret and all the hard work she has put into her home, with her communication, and allowing us to stay to start new family traditions.

We had a wonderful time taking in the views and enjoying this house, plenty of space for people to spread out, minutes from town for groceries or ice cream.
