Sleeps 10. 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 full beds, 1 bedroom with twin and roll out cot, living room has a queen pull out sofa, lower level room has full size pull out bed. TV with 60+ channel in every room along with WIFI. Washer and dryer. Includes all linens and towels, pots, pans and dishes, coffee makers ( Keurig and a Mr. Coffee). Dock and boat hoist (4200 lbs) Screened in porch on beach level and patio on main level. Walk in level beach entrance. Why they chose this property
This house is perfect place to spend time on Keuka Lake. It is 2miles from downtown Penn Yan less than 45 minutes from the NYS Thruway and RT 86. The house is very roomy with open living area surrounded with windows allowing you to see the lake. Multiple area's to enjoy the outdoor weather being outside on main level deck or beach level in screened in porch. Bathrooms are located on every level of the house. Off street parking is always a plus. Dock and boat hoist for your use
