This unit is part of the Litchfield By The Sea resort and offers an amazing swimming pool complex complete wit a kids pool, lazy river, hot tub, and swings to lounge around in. This condo is a part of the resort and you will receive a gate pass to allow access to the gated portion of the resort. Private resort beach parking with rinse off showers & bathrooms, tennis and pickleball courts & fishing piers are other amazing features! Or walk 3/4 mile to the beach on paved sidewalks!
