If you’d like to host your wedding at our property, the venue fee is $15,000 for the weekend. This fee includes venue access only (no additional services or items included) and covers exclusive use of the entire property from Friday at 3:00 PM through Monday at 10:00 AM.
If you’d like to extend your stay beyond those dates/times, additional nights are available at $1,000 per night.
We also work with a trusted wedding planner we’ve partnered with who will coordinate everything with you. She’s familiar with our house rules and property logistics, can help source and coordinate vendors, and will ensure the weekend runs smoothly from start to finish. She has 35 years of experience, knows the best vendors in the city, and is known for getting excellent pricing.
Important Security Step for Your Peace of Mind: To ensure the highest standards of safety and comfort for all our guests, we have a simple but essential security procedure:
1. Guest Check-In Form: All guests over the age of 18 are required to fill out a check-in form with their ID, name, and phone number details.
These steps help us maintain the luxurious standards of our exclusive properties and ensure a fantastic experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our community secure and enjoyable!
Additional House Rules:
No Parties or Events: Unless pre-approved by the host.
Quiet Hours: No loud music after 9 PM (Monday–Thursday) and after 12 AM (Friday–Sunday).
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
No Additional Guests: Only registered guests are allowed unless approved by the host.
Parking: There is a two-car limit on the property. If you need to bring more vehicles, please ask for the host’s permission.
Trash & Recycling: Guests must place trash and recycling bins out on scheduled days. A $200 fee may apply for missed pickups.
Additional Suggestions:
Respect for Neighbors: Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep communal areas tidy.
Pet Policy (if applicable): Note any pet rules or restrictions.
