Rivergrass Pool and Hot Tub - POOL CLOSED FOR THE SEASON - HOT TUB OPEN YEAR-ROUND

The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.



The open-concept design fills the unit with natural light, making it accessible and comfortable. You can step outside for outdoor activities like grilling or just enjoying the peaceful surroundings.



Kitchen:

A fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. No need to bring your own cutlery or bakeware! It`s a great place for conversation and cooking in an open layout.



Living Room:

The spacious living room is perfect for relaxation. You will have a view of the Monterra Golf Course in the backyard. The living room features a Queen pull out sofa bed.



Bedrooms:

The primary bedroom has a Queen bed with a private 3-piece ensuite. The second bedroom has two Twin beds. Both rooms have a TV.



Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.
