"Highly recommend -- a fantastic place to stay. Large spacious kitchen and living room made it a perfect place for a family vacation. It was a 2 minute drive to amazing restaurants and shopping. Heated Pool?
The pool can be heated for an extra charge that must be requested and paid 36 hours before your check-in date, as it takes time to fully heat the pool.
The charge to heat the pool is $150/day.

Runs off propane which is very expensive and we need to make sure it's full before the check-in date.

Full access to the house is just for guests as this home was built for full-time vacation rental
Other things to note:
State Law strictly prohibits PARTIES/EVENTS at the property. We must respect the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and the home is outfitted with a NoiseAware device and exterior cameras. Violating noise ordinances is an initial $500 fine.

• We use 𝙎𝙐𝙋𝙀𝙍𝙃𝙊𝙂 as part of our guest screening process, and your 𝙎𝙐𝙋𝙀𝙍𝙃𝙊𝙂 application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours after you receive your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
• to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• that we'll collect either a fully refundable deposit (with a non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.
• that both the deposit and the waiver cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

We provide a few complimentary home and bath essentials to get you started, like soap, shampoo, conditioner, some toilet paper, paper towels & some laundry detergent. If there’s anything else you feel you’ll need, you'll need to purchase these items.

There are surveillance cameras at the property facing outdoor areas only and are strictly for security reasons and to ensure guests' safety.

We are DOG FRIENDLY! We do charge a pet deposit of $250 which is non-refundable for deep cleaning. We have a 1 well-behaved dog limit, but NO PUPPIES (under 1 year old). Sorry. No pets on the beds or sofas. Must clean up waste.
