★ Pool heating is an optional amenity available upon request for $75/night between Oct-May and must be purchased for all nights of your stay. Please contact us at least 48 hours beforehand to arrange for pool heating & payment. Heating is dependent on outside temperatures and may not be possible with temps below 50 degrees. Please understand, a heated pool is NOT a hot tub. The pool heater is set to 85 degrees (resort standard). While we've had no problems thus far, unforeseen weather or equipment issues may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay (in which case fee would be refunded).
★ I work very closely with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is prepared to perfection for each new guest. Because of this, early check in is very rarely an option. If available, it is offered at $25/hour. Arrangements for this cannot be made any sooner than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
★ For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the external entrance points to the home: the garage and the front door.
★ Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Read house rules before booking.
