This brand new home away from home has it all. This 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom new constructed home is ready for your visit. Saguaro cacti greet you in the front and palm trees greet you by the pool.

The house has two large main suites each with a king bed and full bathrooms. One of the suites includes a peaceful sitting area that looks out onto the pool. The other main bedroom is also spacious and has a slider taking you out to the casita and back yard.

There are two more bedrooms, one with two full beds, and another bedroom with full bunks and a trundle. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

You walk in the front door to a bright open kitchen and floor plan with a family, dining, and living room. The abundance of space allows for all to gather but also to have their own space. Great for two families or just one party to spread out and have plenty of space to enjoy.

The large kitchen area includes brand new appliances and is fully stocked with spices and all the cooking items you need for a fun family meal. The island has three barstools to enjoy company as you cook or a nice area for breakfast.


The large pool area allows for bbqing, outdoor dining, ping pong fun, a fire pit, and corn hole. Equipped with a large outdoor sofa, four loungers, sling back chairs, and a nice table with benches and chairs there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the expansive back yard with areas of sun and shade.

The bonus is an extra casita in the backyard which can be used as an office (perfect remote working location) and/or yoga studio or a kids area for young ones to play. The casita is air conditioned as well to allow for an enjoyable space. We also just added two cruiser bikes you can find in the garage.

Come enjoy sunny Arizona in the magic zip code! The location can't be beat! Keirland Commons and Scottsdale Quarters full of shopping and dining options is just a few minutes (2-5) away. Old town Scottsdale and Fashion Square just 15-20 minutes away. The location is central to all the Scottsdale/Phoenix area offers including baseball games, golf tournaments and courses, concerts, and more!

Family Trip Perfection!

Everything about staying at Saguaro Sanctuary was perfect and easy! We were in Scottsdale to see family and traveling with my parents (in their 80's) and teenage daughter - everyone was happy, happy at Saguaro Sanctuary -- which never happens! Communication with Joy could not have been better -- the whole experience was just pleasant and easy. We are already starting to plan a return trip!

Beautiful, comfortable home in Brand New condition. The host goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable and even provides nice extras like water in the refrigerator and coffee when you arrive. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, beds and bedding were extremely comfy. Pool was heated, ping pong and corn hole in the backyard. This home has it all! We can't wait to come back!

Great house for large group

I booked this house for myself and friends for a surprise birthday trip. The house was clean and as described. The pool was heated and the backyard amenities were great. We enjoyed being able to all fit at the table to eat a meal together. I would highly recommend this place. We are already talking about visiting again!! Perfect Family Getaway

We enjoyed every moment of this family getaway! The yard was amazing for 6 adults and one infant. The heated pool, pool floaties, and deck furniture were great . The home was spacious and bedrooms for everyone, including a bathroom each for 3 couples. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated the spices and little extras! The neighborhood was extremely quiet and very close to everything… Kierland , golf courses, hiking and restaurants galore. The owner was fantastic with communication. Joy was a great host-- responding to our questions/ queries fast. The property is in a quiet neighborhood. there was plenty of parking. House was spotless and we loved the natural lighting. kitchen was well stocked. there were plenty of room for us 3 friends to stretch and hang out (not to mention one bathroom per person : ) ). we didn't use the pool given it was cool outside. we only have a bit of problem figuring out the thermometer at first.

This property was everything and more of what I expected! We did a girls weekend and the house fit everyone comfortably with plenty of room to hangout. We absolutely LOVED the outdoor space. We stayed at the Saguaro Sanctuary for our spring break - hiked in the mornings and played in the pool and backyard in the afternoons. We were a family of five (three kids under ten) plus two grandparents, and the house was perfect, especially with the two master bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. The house was beautiful, and we really can't say enough good things about it. Everyone agreed was the best rental they'd stayed in. It was VERY clean, and there was an abundance of paper products and linens (including large, fluffy pool towels). The kitchen had everything we needed, and the adults agreed the master beds were extremely comfortable. The host knew we had a two year old coming and made sure a high chair and pack n play were at the house. We got great use out of the pool, ping pong table, and cornhole set, and we spent a lot of time lounging in the awesome backyard deck chairs under the palm trees. We would highly recommend this property and plan to stay here again. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Most of the time we are living in chilly Montana so this escape in the sun and heat is going to be great for us when we can visit and also for others to enjoy.
