We are small town, Midwest people. I am originally from the Milwaukee area, but have lived in the Twin Cities of Minnesota since 2000. It was always my dream to live in Florida, and in 2021, my dream came true. We love the beaches of SWFL: Ft Myers, Venice, Boca Grande and others. I am a boy mom, with a 9yr old step-son, a 5yr old and 2yr old. Our boys love when they get to visit their Florida house when it's not being rented.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this house as soon as it hit the market. I loved the private backyard pool area, the raised hot tub with waterfall into the pool, the spacious home layout...everything in the house was pretty much perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist stay areas, which was what we wanted. Even as a growing area, it remains very private and residential.
