The Space

Our spacious, two-story home offers a comfortable retreat for your entire group, featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The bright, naturally lit living areas are perfect for gathering after a day of adventure.

For our younger guests, the house is equipped with a playroom, children's books, toys, and board games, ensuring fun for all ages. Settle in and feel right at home in this welcoming space designed for comfort and connection.

Your Waterfront Oasis

Step outside into your private, screened-in lanai. Spend your afternoons floating in the heated pool or unwinding in the bubbling hot tub. As evening arrives, enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table, surrounded by the gentle sounds of the waterway.

The property features a private boat dock with direct, deepwater Gulf access, putting you seconds away from world-class fishing. Cast a line for Tarpon, Snook, Redfish, Sea Trout, Jack Crevalle, and more. For other water adventures, feel free to use the provided kayak. You might even spot dolphins or manatees playing in the water!

Worries End is located on the eastern edge of the Matlacha Pass Wildlife Preserve in a quiet, residential neighborhood in NW Cape Coral. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area while being perfectly positioned for exploration.

Beware! Advise the owner of items that were wrong upon initial walkthrough with video and owner filed an insurance claim. Overall the house was convenient for our boys football tournament and the neighborhood was friendly. Also the pictures need to be updated, this house and decor is very outdated. Pictures can be deceiving

Perfection

Golf group of eight had zero issues with this beautiful house and property. Plenty of space, and what a gorgeous space it is. The bedrooms are large, kitchen/family room inviting and warm. The pool area is unbelievable. Everything you need for a great vacation is here. Communication with our hostess was a breeze and she was on top of everything. Location is peaceful and quiet yet close to everything; golf, stores, restaurants and bars. Best bargain we’ve found in a long time. We shall return!

2024 Family Christmas

The house was as advertised. It easily accommodated our family of 9 which consisted of grandparents, parents and adult grandchildren. We spent most of our time outside lounging by the pool and on the dock. The kitchen was extremely well equipped.

Loved everything about our stay

Our family had an amazing time staying, and we hope to come back one day. Kayaking on the canal and fishing along with swimming in the pool lead to an amazing time while we were there. The home was clean and an order and the host was amazing to work with highly recommend staying here we will be back.

great spot for boating to the islands

wonderful house for large family or group. we love having our boat parked in the canal behind the house. The pool was great and Denise, the owner did everything to make our stay fantastic!

All around great stay!

This home has it all. Plenty to keep the kids busy all day without ever leaving the property. Great location, close to shopping and great food. Home was spacious and squeaky clean. This was one of our best vacations to date. Was thrilled we were able to extend our time there another two days. We didn’t want to leave! Denise was an amazing host and we are so thankful she shared her gorgeous home with us! We will be back!

Girls Family Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a group of nine, plenty of room. Loved the pool and hot tub. Everything was as beautiful as the photos. Being on the canal was a bonus! Location was not our favorite, kind of a long drive to major areas we wanted to visit. Would have been nice to have a few more blankets on beds and throw blankets. Overall really enjoyed & would recommend!

Fabulous house

We rented your home for a family vacation and we were not disappointed. The house was very nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the dock and watching the manatees and dolphins on the canal. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and fishing off the dock. I would definitely rent this house in the future.

Beautiful house on a canal

We loved every minute of our week vacation. The weather was beautiful every day. We loved the dock, pool and hot tub. Plenty of room in the house for the 7 of us. The sunset from the hot tub was breathtaking. Our family really enjoyed our time. The owner was great to work with too. We will definitely be back!!

Spacious Retreat

My family (6 adults and 2 children) had a great stay at Worries End! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out while the pool and spa area provided a wonderful space to relax and enjoy our time together. We loved watching the dolphins, birds and boaters on the water. We took several family bike rides (4 bikes were provided), and put a few lines in the water off the dock. The evenings were magical as the sun set over the preserve. A great time!!

Quarantine Heaven

Thank you so much for the opportunity to rent your house. It was a perfect fit for our family. The only downside was the time it took on the canals just to get out to open waters. Really shortened our boat time checking out the islands. Fortunately, the house was so perfect we all missed nothing. Thanks Denise!

Awesome getaway!

We all had a great time! From the pool to the canal! The fish wasn’t biting very good while we were there. Could have been the bait we was using. Fabulous Host and Home

Loved this trip , Denise is the best host, she is so sweet and kind! Very attentive to anything we needed and a pure joy to be able to meet her during our stay! The home is large and spacious, the pool and dock area were the best! We were able to rent a boat and tie right up to the dock for the week! The upstairs master was perfect for our girls to have their own space and large bathroom to get ready, downstairs was perfect for two mother in laws at the front of the house and the master and the 5th bedroom with a pool bath was perfect for us and our son, everyone had their own space with plenty of room! The kitchen was stocked with all we needed and the new grill was perfect for cooking and dining out by the pool! We definitely would recommend staying here and we are looking forward to our next trip! Thank you Denise for a great vacation week in your beautiful home!

This was a beautiful home in a wonderful setting. Pros: manager was wonderful and responded quickly to questions or concerns; house was large, lots of room for everyone (9 of us, 13 yrs-senior citizen); pool and spa had an unbelievable setting; lots of pool toys and floats; board games, movies, bikes kayaks, fishing stuff. Wonderful! Cons: Our only con is that the house could use a few fix ups to make it perfect (example: stove top was temperamental, pool temp difficult to control but that could have been us not knowing how to effectively use the phone app). However, the pros heavily outweigh the cons and the manager was lovely to work with. We would most definitely stay here again.

Home was great! Sadly our trip ended on a low note when we had to have all sheets cleaned before we left the property. Keep in mind your check out is in the morning. We were a family group of 9 and used every bed. We had to get up early the last day of our vacation to get the sheets in the washer. Adults, kids every one up and out of bed. :( Night before stayed up to wash the towels. Dryer took forever. We are a really active family. It's out of the way. Was 30-1 hour away from everything we wanted to do. Honestly my fault. I should have realized that. I will say the house is amazing, pool and all of the amenities! If you are planning on staying longer than a week or planning on just hanging out at the house. You can't go wrong.

Beautiful Views - Peaceful - Relaxing - Fishing Dream

WOW! Where do I begin. First, a huge thank you to Denise, the owner, for allowing us to experience her piece of Heaven at Worries End. We truly left our worries at the door. If you are looking to enjoy amazing sunsets while floating in the pool/spa in the evenings and the ability to enjoy nature and fishing or sipping your coffee while seeing manatee swim by all right from the dock, this is the place for you. We must have caught at least 7 different species of fish and too many to count in total. My son was in his glory. Denise went out of her way to be accommodating and to ensure the property was comfortable and had everything we could need while enjoying our stay...for that, Denise, thank you!!. My family and I would definitely return to this property. The on-line pictures and description were 100% accurate. This property was conveniently located to grocery, drug stores, etc., (5 min drive). We ventured out on day trips: Sanibel/Captiva or Ft Meyers - 30 minutes at the most - easy rides.......Matlacha island, a stones throw away.....OR you could just simply float in the pool and enjoy the house and all its natural surroundings. We had a great time, only wish it could have been longer!!!! Thanks Again Denise. The Brooks Family

Awesome Property!!

We came to find this house while we were in panic mode. The back story is long and was truly devastating to me and my family. We were actually trying to check in to a home that we had chosen and paid for months ago when we were told that the house had been sold and the new owner was not going to honor our reservation because they were going to stay there that week. I was literally crying as I was dealing with VRBO and trying to find a new location for six (6) adults and two (2) children (10 & 7). Luckily we found this truly wonderful home!! Denise was so incredibly gracious and welcoming. She responded to me promptly and allowed me to whine/vent a bit and was continuously willing to work with us to get us in as quickly as possible. This was a family vacation - my husband and I, our daughter, son-in-law and grandsons as well as son and fiancé who had flown in from New England. There wasn't one of us that didn't just love everything about our stay. This home was so, so much better than the one we had originally chosen. Each bedroom was amazingly comfortable and the bathrooms were well supplied. The house was immaculate and had everything you could want for cooking family meals. Plenty of dishes, flatware, storage containers and baking pans. We never wanted a pot, pan, small appliance or utensil and didn't find what we needed. We appreciated that beautiful glassware was provided but also plastic wineglasses and tumblers for the pool area. The lanai, pool and hot tub were clean and very well maintained. The dock was just great for fishing and a number of fish were caught and eaten during our stay. Most mornings we saw dolphins swimming past. Kayaks were also in wonderful condition. Bikes were available but we didn't get a chance to use them with so much else to do. We had a couple of rain afternoons but no one was bored with the choice of available games that we could all play. The neighborhood was safe and lovely for walking. We have stayed at a number of VRBO homes and I can honestly say that this was absolutely the best. The beauty and comfort of this home, the number of amenities, quick and easy check-in, extremely pleasant, straightforward and prompt dealing with Denise all served to make this a perfect vacation for us. We can't thank her enough for salvaging and then improving our vacation. We are already hoping to book this home again next year!
