With over 3,000 square feet, this 5 Bedroom, 5 ½ bath villa is perfect for many hours of restful, fun, and memorable moments with your family and friends. The perfect haven to hangout featuring a private beach with Beach Volleyball Court and Heated Saltwater Pool & Spa! This floor plan screams vacation comforts with natural lighting throughout due to the many windows and large sliding glass doors.

Upon entry into this villa, guests will be blown away by the modern design, high vaulted ceiling and open floor plan concept. In the living room, guests will find a large Smart TV perfect for watching their favorite movies and shows. In the kitchen, guests will find all they need to cook the perfect meal. This kitchen features all the essentials plus stainless-steel appliances, granite, and plenty of countertop space to work. In the bedrooms, guests will find luxury beds. Three rooms feature King size beds while the others feature Queen and Twin sizes. Each room comes with a TV for guests to enjoy.

Once outside, guests will fall in love with the true highlight of this home, the heated saltwater pool! This heated pool is large and perfect for soaking up the sun, swimming laps, or playing pool games. For active guests, this home even includes a private beach with full-size beach volleyball court! Guests can play a game of volleyball while enjoying the beautiful water views provided by the canal.

Family vacation

Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of space, (there were 8 adults,4 kids) Publix and liquor store, restaurants, attractions, beaches and shopping close by. Very quiet neighborhood.

Family House with Pool

The house was beautiful and perfect for our 2 families to stay for a week. We spent countless hours enjoying the pool. We loved having bathrooms with each bedroom. The location was close to Publix and we cooked many meals at the house. The kitchen was mostly well stocked for all our needs. I would recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Cape Coral area!

Cape Coral Staying

Hello, we really enjoyed the house! It's a beautiful home and it really suited our families. The 5 bedrooms, especially the 3 king bedrooms and all of the bathrooms made it very comfortable. We were concerned that there wasn't going to be enough outside seating, and that wasn't a problem! Everything that the house had to make everyday living easy was helpful. The only thing we wished we considered more was to be closer to beaches. But other than that the house was great, very comfortable! As one of our family members said, "the house was fabulous!" Thank you!
