We had a great time staying at the house. It was very accommodating and clean. We enjoyed the spaciousness and all the amenities at the house has to offer. The location made it easy to get to restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was a beautiful big home that was accommodating to me and my family. It has so much space and things to just at the house . The pool is large , me and my children had fun on the arcade machines, wifi worked well throughout the house, and although we did not get to part take the house had several kayaks and bikes. The host is easy to reach out to and responds quickly when it comes to the house.

House was large and we liked the layout . The hot tub didn’t work and there was not enough bath towels. The towels also very dingy and small. Great amenities and the location was great for us.

Great location and amenities

The home is great. Tons to do at the home, pool, hot tub, games, fishing. Close to everything. Host is great. Very responsive to questions and addressing issues.

The only thind we would ask for next viait here is the hot tub to maintain 100 so we would be able to enjoy the hot tub for more than 30 minutes. Once on property, we should be able to have control of the hottub so it can maintain heat to 100 for nighttime enjoyment. Home was fabulous! We will definitely be back!!

Thank you for your kind words—we’re happy to hear you loved the home and plan to return! Regarding the hot tub, guests do have full control to turn the pool and spa on and off. The spa temperature is preset and reaches up to 102°F, though it does take some time to heat, especially during colder weather. Your stay over New Year’s happened to fall during one of the coldest weeks, which can affect heat retention. For safety and chemical conservation, the spa is programmed to automatically shut off after two hours, but it can be turned right back on at any time if you’d like to continue using it. This helps protect the system since it is an open spa and we kindly ask guests to turn the spa off when not in use. We truly appreciate your feedback and look forward to hosting you again soon!

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed this home. It had plenty of open space, making it perfect for our group to spread out and spend time together. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of towels, and the check-in process was simple and easy. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish.The amenities were a highlight of our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and canal dock for fishing. Having both a flat-top grill and a charcoal grill was a nice bonus. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, including bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys, charging stations in the bedrooms, and a box fan in every room for added comfort.The only suggestion we have is adding one more TV. With kids in our group, an additional TV would have helped cut down on debates over what to watch, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience.The home was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a memorable vacation. We’d gladly stay here again.

Linh and I were back and forth on emails. All correspondence answered very quickly and concisely. She went over and beyond with helping as we added more people to the her home as wedding guests RSVP'd. Our guests loved the house, and had a great time with the pool, jacuzzi and so many fun things. Home is very clean and bright. Lots of space to relax and socialize. Home is convenient to downtown and the yacht club - think easy walks.

This was a beautiful home and location. Everything was almost perfect except wifi. We wanted to watch google box for UFC and boxing but were unsuccessful due to wifi speed connections. So maybe increase the speeds to ensure guest can enjoy electronic devices during there stay. The outside patio was very nicely setup however, needed air circulating more. A suggestion for the room/office needs a full size regular bed instead day bed.

For clarification: the property is equipped with Xfinity high-speed internet (800 Mbps download), which is more than sufficient for typical use. However, when multiple devices are streaming or downloading at the same time, certain live events such as UFC or boxing may still experience buffering. The office/bedroom has a full-size daybed with a full mattress (the same size as other full beds in the home) as well as an additional twin pull-out bed, which helps ensure the home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests as advertised. The lanai is designed with windows and ceiling fans, which can be opened and adjusted to increase airflow when needed. We truly appreciate your suggestions and are glad you enjoyed the overall experience.
